Best way to dye hair black with blue bangs and blue underneath?
My friend wants to dye her hair black with blue bangs and the underneath blue. What is the best way to do this? Dye all the hair black and then bleach the sections to the parts that she is going to dye blue or take out the parts she is going to bleach before dying it blue and just dye the other part black? Tips please.
Ive done this before, only pink! lol
What i did was clip up all the bits i wanted blue, and put the black dye through the rest of it, then put the bleach on the blue bits, wait for it to strip then add the blue then it should all be developed on time, just be careful not to leave it on for 2 long! also it fades out quickly! so remember tht lol!
