Workout schedule for 50 yo mom?
Single mom, she wants to get back in shape , so I told my mom I would start a good program for her, she is not over weight she just wants to lose belly fat/arm fat, just tone and to feel better
This is what I have so far:
Monday- Over head dumbell press (3 sets of ![]()
Dumbell side bend (3 sets of ![]()
Dumbell Squats (3 sets of ![]()
Bicycle (10 minutes)
Tuesday- Bicycle for 15 minutes , Stair Climber 10 minutes Swim Cardio 15 minutes,
Wednesday- Crunches (3 sets of
, Dumbell Curls (3 sets of
, Lunges (3 sets of 8), Bicycle (10 minutes)
Thursday- Bicycle/Ski machine 30 minutes, 30 minute swim cardio
Friday- Swim resistance training, arms/legs, kicks and paddles 30 minutes
she lives in apartments and has a weightroom 20 yds from her section and a pool 10 yds from her section
o ya and also she gets off work at like 6 pm and all those workouts are around 40 minutes a day, so yes she has the time
thats cool that your looking after your mum dude... oh and it sounds like a good program
